Shipping + Returns
Shipping is free for orders over $50.
Currently, we only ship within the United States and its surrounding territories. Orders typically deliver within 3 to 7 business days from when your order is processed. Orders are shipped via Fedex and UPS. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Once orders are shipped and the tracking number is sent, shipping is controlled by USPS and out of our control. If for any reason your order hasn't arrived or there is an issue with your order, please email us at hello@cadencecandleco.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
We greatly value your satisfaction. If for any reason you feel your order is not up to your standard of quality PLEASE notify us via email. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. For all exchanges, items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection. Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of the delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges.
